Meet Audrey, Your Founding Organizer:

Organizer
The Organizer plans monthly events, assists with planning large scale events, keeps the calendar up to date, deals with any unwanted drama, and keeps the group at peace and organized. The Organizer is also responsible for procuring sponsorship and advertisement for the group. If you have a problem with another member, you have a suggestion for an event, or you just need some questions answered, you have come to the right place.

Board Moderator
If you have questions about where to find information on the message boards, wonder if the topic that you want to post is appropriate: this is the person to talk to. Your Board Moderator will keep the boards clutter free, ensure that members are kind, and keep the boards active. The Board Moderator also handles all virtual events, and posting baby announcements and Meals On Wheels for new mamas!

Meet Sharon, Your Member & Birthday Coordinator.

The Member Coordinator will update contact lists, keep up to date on profiles, and make sure that members are staying active and that the group is accommodating them as best as we can. If you are going to be on vacation, or away from your computer for longer than 1 month, please contact your Member Coordinator so that she knows you are ok!

The Birthday Coordinator is responsible for keeping everyone apprised of the birthdays in the group. If you have a party that you are throwing, that you would like to invite the group members to, contact your Birthday Coordinator, so she can post it on the calendar. Please try to give at least 10 days notice so that everyone has time to RSVP.

Meet Kathi, Your Community Service Coordinator

Your Community Service Coordinator is responsible for quarterly Community Service Events. ECM is a community service oriented group, we feel that the best way to teach our kids generosity and humility is by DOING, not just saying. If you have a cause that is close to your heart, or you would like to learn how YOU can help, please contact your Community Service Team below.

Meet Ashley, Stacey and Gia Your Toddler Event Coordinator TEAM.

Ashley is the Toddler Coordinatory Team Lead.
Stacey plans the monthly Toddler get-togethers.
Gia plans great outings and activities for mama with more than 1 toddler.

The Toddler Event Coordinator TEAM is responsible for planning and researching events specifically targeted to kids and babies 0-4. There will be at LEAST 2 in-home playdates, 2 public events, and 1 weekend event per month, as well as an additional 3-5 evening events or park days. If you have ideas for an event for the children in our group that are UNDER 4, please contact your Toddler Event Coordinator TEAM.

Meet Kay, Lily, and Jessica Your Event Coordinator TEAM.

Kay is the Event Coodinator Team Lead. She plans game nights and super creative events for all ages.
Lily is our Working Mamas Coordinator, specializing in evening/weekend events for both mom and kiddos.
Jessica specializes in scrapbooking and other mama friendly craft events.
Erin plans moms' nights out and other such ladies only events.

The Event Coordinator TEAM, helps to plan all of our "Miscellaneous" events. From Ladies Only Events (Game Nights, Bunco, Scrapbooking, Ladies Day Event, Ladies Night Out, and Ladies Night In, and Coffee/Playdates) to Family Events, Bigger Kids Events, Date Nights, Secret Sister, Meals on Wheels and much more! If you have ideas, suggestions, or would like to host one of these events, please let your Event Coordinator TEAM know.

Meet Felise, Your Book Club Coordinator.

We will be having a Book Club event every 6 weeks or so. Here we will discuss the "book of the month" and decide on the next book to read. Discussion may also be held online. The Book Club Coordinator will plan these events, so if you have suggestions on the next book, or would like to host a discussion, please let her know.

Meet Karen and Heather, Your Fitness Coordinator Team:

To keep us all healthy, fit, and HOT MAMAS, the Fitness Coordinator Team will plan weekly (sometimes daily), active events. These events will have all levels of difficulty, but are sure to keep your blood pumping and get you on the right track to ridding yourself of those last few "baby" pounds!!
